- I want my order ASAP, how do I know what’s in stock?
Think of us as half-way between made-to-order and pret-a-portée. In some cases, items are produced frequently based on current demand, in other cases, the lead time is dependant on our current orders. - Do you have (y) size?

For t-shirts, we currently produce small, medium and large. This can and will change and we’d love to hear from you. - Shipping
The numbers you see come straight from the Canadian Postal Service. You are responsible for any duties or fees or taxes or general "someone's hand in your pocket because monies", please see our shipping page here. - What if I don’t like it?

We’re just a bunch of people trying to have some fun and make some nice cycling/street wear.
If you love what we do, great, if not, we understand.
What we can guarantee is that we stand behind everything we sell. If you buy something and don’t like it, that’s fine. Leave the tags on, return it and we’ll refund you. No questions asked.
Use for a bit and it doesn’t fit right, we can work something out.
Quality not up to par, send it back. We'll work something out.
For cycling kits, it’s important you like the fit. At the moment our kits are race-cut. That means they’re anything but loose; tight arms, tight chests, these are par for the course. You know because aero, or watts or something.
Expect the same as you would from any other race-cut jerseys and bibs. We can’t give you a full refund if you take the tags off and use them but we can do our best to work something out. As with anything, contact-us if have any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We ship items at the cost quoted by our shipping provider. You are responsible for all duties and taxes and sadly, no, we can’t mark your item as a sample and/or other shipping—cost-workaround unless, you know, it is a sample.
That said our clothing is made exclusive in Canada, and our bottles/accessories are either made in Canada, or in the United States so trade treaties apply in many cases.
Shipping times vary. If you want an in-stock item immediately, we can definitely arrange expedited shipping for an extra cost.
In Montréal? We can arrange a drop-off.
Pre-Orders
Much of our product line is produced in small batches; we try not to have a lot of stock sitting on hand; but we do have some.
t-shirt lead times are about 2-3 weeks if they're not in stock.
Kit sales are more fluid - we will update the site with schedules and times as we have them. Items are not limited however, so there's no special-ultra-limited-pressure, just a bit of time to get your gear. Please check the product page for the kit you’d like to see the current lead time.

Sizing
Kit sizing comes from Louis Garneau's race-cut (racer) kits. Sizes are about 1 size smaller than team or club kits and flush against the skin.
The best way to compare them is against other kits. If you have a kit you like and aren't sure of the sizing, compare both sizing charts if you can or ask us for help.
